EXTENDED CARE Extra care must be agreed in advance and is subject to availability. More than 2 and up to 8 extra hours: 50% of the applicable nightly rate. More than 8 extra hours: 100% of the applicable nightly rate. Tell Nicholas your full arrival and departure times so every pet's care is included in the quote. Extra care is not automatically included in the 7 PM–7 AM appointment. Prices reflect the customer-facing nightly rates shown on Rover, including its typical booking costs. No separate Rover fee is added to a direct booking. Multi-night and multi-pet bookings are quoted as a complete stay; Rover's booking-fee cap can make the total lower than multiplying its rounded nightly estimates. No automatic long-stay discount is offered. We'll plan evening and morning routines, meals, fresh water, toilet breaks, company, and suitable medication by prior arrangement. I'll send updates and leave the home areas I use tidy. Daytime attendance, walks and any planned time away are agreed before care begins. Holiday periods: Oct 9–12 and Nov 11, 2026; Dec 24, 2026–Jan 3, 2027; Feb 12–15, Mar 26–29, May 21–24, Jul 1, Jul 30–Aug 2, Sep 3–6, Oct 8–11 and Nov 11, 2027. Nicholas checks availability and confirms the itemized total before you commit. Call or text 403-812-1079.
